Description

Main Features:

1. Multiple specifications, up to 5 sets of parameters can be set, allowing you to switch welding material and directly call parameters, without re-setting.

2. Chinese LCD interface, intuitive operation, convenient.

3. The welding pulse is in the mode of the double pulse. If the welding time is set to 0 at any time, it will become single-pulse welding.

4. Live network voltage compensation can automatically adjust the output according to the changes of mains electricity, to ensure that the effective heat of each welding under the same welding parameters remains the same, and the welding spots are uniform.

5. Parameters are adjusted to encoder input mode, which is more accurate and convenient.

6. With welding counting function, the counting range is 0000-9999, so that you can do "know" welding, and can save electricity

7. Time input 0-99 cycles, unit cycles (one cycle is 20ms) current input (30-99).

8. The whole board adopts STM8 industrial single-chip microcomputer as the main control core.

9. Strong and weak electricity is isolated by optical coupling, which makes the operation safer.

10. The power cord and foot pedal switch wire are equipped with fast connecting terminals without screws, which is more convenient and reliable.

11. Design a reliable zero-crossing detection circuit to ensure accurate phase shifting of SCR.

12. This controller is compatible with the 40A-100A thyristor.
